This web site exists to serve the community of Phoenix Estates, a strata corporation (KAS 1371) situated in beautiful Vernon, British Columbia, Canada.

As a member of the Canadian Lakeview Estates (CLE) community in the Okanagan Valley, we are committed to the preservation of our neighborhood and its surroundings as one of the preeminent places to live in the world.

We are also a member of the Lakeview Estates Community Association (LECA) which strives to enable our community and those surrounding us to preserve and protect the incredible opportunity we have to live in such a pristine location.
